Supported resources, service hours, availability objectives and any recovery responsibilities must be agreed explicitly. This is not an automatic application support, disaster recovery or migration package.

Separate platform ownership from application ownership

Onboarding records subscriptions, resources, dependencies, monitoring coverage and workload contacts. We agree who can approve changes, how incidents are escalated and which existing governance or reliability gaps require project work before handover.

Your team retains application code, business acceptance, budget and risk decisions. Microsoft operates the underlying Azure services. Insyto manages the customer-side platform responsibilities agreed for the engagement.
